FORT GREENE — The restaurant designer behind sleek spots No. 7, Colonia Verde and Weather Up has plans for an Italian joint near BAM, city documents show.

Matthew Maddy filed a liquor license application for Roccia Bene, which will serve artichokes, parpadelle and lambrusco from the ground-floor spot of the high-rise 66 Rockwell Place, near the intersection of Fulton Street and Flatbush Ave.

Antipasti will include wood-roasted oysters with lemon and proscuitto, porcini mushrooms with scapes and grilled sardines, according to a menu included with the application. The restaurant will also offer pizza, promising one topped with lamb sausage and lamb bacon and another with ramps and scallions. Pasta offerings include smoked duck tortelli and veal gnocchi, and secondi like braised rabbit and whole fish also make the list.

Cocktails are also Italian-inspired, made with grappa, sambucca, Campari and amaretto.

The owners plan 42 tables inside and 10 outdoors, seating a total of 103 people. The eatery will be open until 2 a.m. on weekdays and 4 a.m. weekends, the documents show.

Maddy, who said he is one of a team of proprietors, said it was too early for him to give more details but that the restaurant opening would "hopefully be sometime next year."

Other restaurants coming to the neighborhood include:

► Miami's Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill, from the owners of Sushisamba, filed plans for a new location at 55 Water St. in DUMBO. The expansive menu includes seven crudos, from scallop and apple with black truffle to beef carpaccio with bone marrow, robata-grilled meats and an array of tapas. It will seat at least 200, including outdoor tables and an oyster bar, according to documents filed with the city.

► Chiles Y Chocolate Cucina Urbana, headed for 413 Myrtle Ave. near Clinton Avenue, plans modern takes on Mexican classics, like salmon asado and a fire-roasted chile relleno stuffed with local vegetables, according to a menu filed with liquor license documents.

► Meyer Chetrit of real estate behemoth The Chetrit Group filed plans for a beer garden and restaurant at this new hotel The Dazzler at 85 Flatbush Extension.
