CHELSEA — A Chelsea spa worker was charged with prostitution after she agreed to have sex with an under cover officer for $120, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

Police arrested Hong Xin Chen, 48, at B.L spa located at 156 W. 20th St. on Sept. 3, police said.

And undercover officer asked her if she would do full service with a condom and the woman agreed, prosecutors said.

An eyewitness, who declined to give his name, captured the arrest on video. He said police first asked to be let in and when the workers inside wouldn't open the door they bashed in the glass with a hammer.

B.L Spa, also known as My Asian Spot, asks men to come "freshly showered or prepared to shower and with fresh breath," and says that the location is "Smoke free* Drug Free * Disease Free * Drama Free," according to their website.

Last week, the phones at B.L Spa were disconnected and were closed, a spa worker confirmed. As of Monday a worker answered the phone and said the store was briefly closed because of construction and declined to comment further.

Though a worker answered the spa's phone, the "Open" sign has not been turned on and the hours of operation have been removed from the door.

Chen's arrest comes several weeks after robbers attacked a B.L spa worker grabbing her around the neck and robbed a computer, cell phones and an unidentified machine worth more than $2,000 in total, according to police.

Chen's lawyer did not return an immediate request for comment.
