TRIBECA — A local fundraiser is offering up a chance to peek inside some of the neighborhood’s most impressive lofts.

The 16th annual Inside Loft Tour, slated to take place on Oct. 19, lets ticket holders meander through several expansive — and expertly designed — apartments in TriBeCa.

The tour, which usually sells out of its 400 available tickets, heads into a variety of massive loft spaces — some, this year, with quirky art, unique architectural detail and luxury amenities, like a rooftop infinity-edge pool.

Funds from the four-hour self-guided tour benefits nonprofit groups Friends of Duane Park and Friends of Bogardus Plaza. Proceeds will help maintain Bogardus Plaza and Duane Park, a triangular slip of greenery and benches, which is the city’s second oldest public park.

Homes on this year's tour include the Duane Street penthouse of architects Michaela Deiss and Stephen Corelli, an apartment that features a huge rooftop lounge area, complete with a pool.

Other apartments have creative children’s rooms and extensive art collections, with pieces from street artists Banksy and JR — while another home doubles as a expansive studio for a local painter.

The Inside Tribeca Loft Tour will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. Advance tickets purchased online cost $60. Day-of tickets cost $65 and will be sold in Duane Park, at Hudson and Duane streets, starting at 12:30 p.m. The tour's 400 tickets are expected to sell out.
