BROOKLYN — Four and 5 trains are running again between Brooklyn and Manhattan despite power issues inside the Joralemon Tube during the Thursday evening commute.

Alfonso Quiroz, a spokesman for Con Edison, said a transformer fire at Joralemon Street and Willow Place caused power issues that led to the delays.
