UPPER WEST SIDE — A man trying to steal a $1,900 laptop from an Apple Store was arrested after getting caught by store security, police said.
The 21-year-old suspect tried to leave the 1981 Broadway store with the pricey computer on July 18 at 4 p.m., police said.
A member of the security staff stopped and detained the man before he was able to leave, and police arrived to arrest him, according to the NYPD.
