SUNSET PARK — The former 68th Precinct house on Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park has sold for $6 million to a Brooklyn landlord, according to reports.

The property, at 4302 Fourth Ave., consists of two landmarked buildings that were listed for sale with up to 35,000 buildable square feet for a residential conversion, according to the listing from TerraCRG.

Yosef Streicher paid $6 million for the former three-story station house and a smaller stable in the land parcel, the Commercial Observer reported Thursday.

Built in 1886, the exterior of the two buildings are landmarked but the interior requires a complete gut renovation. The two-story stable building is 5,952 square feet and the three-story structure is 14,040 square feet.

According to the listing, there is also 14,567 square feet of available air rights, "some of which may be utilized on the property," DNAinfo New York first reported.

The plans for the property were not immediately known. The property was purchased in 1999 by the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association, which had planned to restore the buildings and turn them into community centers.

Sunpark LLC purchased the property from the Chinese-American Association earlier this year, records show.
