BULLS HEAD — Two people were arrested during a heroin deal at a Bulls Head parking lot Friday, prosecutors said.

Police said they saw Diana Scaduto, 35, hand Shaun Sullivan, 34, a ZIploc bag of heroin at the intersection of Willowbrook Road and Victory Boulevard at about 6:50 p.m.

When they arrested Sullivan, police recovered 163 glassine bags of heroin and $3,028, prosecutors said.

Scaduto and Sullivan were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance at their Saturday arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

Sullivan's bail was set at $7,500 and he's due back in court Thursday, according to online court records. His lawyer could not be reached for comment.

He was arrested last year after police found 152 bags of heroin inside his car while he was on five years probation due to a conviction for attempted drug possession, the Staten Island Advance reported.

Scaduto's bail was set at $2,500 and she's due back in court on Thursday, according to online court records. Her lawyer declined to comment on the case.
