QUEENS — Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the driver who killed a jeweler earlier this week, the New York Post reported.

Jeweler to the stars Aron Aranbayev, 40, whose clients also included Alicia Keys and Jay-Z, was mowed down in front of his Forest Hills house Sunday by a driver who intentionally hit him after the two got involved in a verbal dispute, officials said.

Aranbayev succumbed to his injuries Monday.

Police released surveillance video showing a fleeing dark-colored Dodge Magnum that investigators think hit Aranbayev on 71st Avenue, between 110th and 112th streets.

Aranbayev, whose family came to the United States from Uzbekistan in the 1980s, co-owned Rafaello & Co., a jewelry store on 47th Street in the Diamond District.

The jeweler, known to his clients as Eric, opened the store with his cousin and uncle in 2009.

The store has already offered $35,000 for information leading to finding the driver.

Mayweather's representaives did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
