CONCOURSE — A man in The Bronx was murdered on Friday morning just steps away from Yankee Stadium, according to the NYPD.
Winston Serrata-Chavez, 40, was stabbed in the chest around 5 a.m. on Friday in front of 845 Gerard Ave. in the 44th Precinct, police said.
He was unconscious and unresponsive when officers arrived on the scene. EMS took him to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing, and there have been no arrests yet, police said.
