WILLIAMSBURG — Southern restaurant Sweet Chick is celebrating National Fried Chicken Day Monday by offering more than a dozen different kinds of fried chicken and waffles — from mole fried chicken with a jalapeno-cheddar waffle, to Korean barbecue chicken with a kimchi waffle.

The restaurant — which has locations in Williamsburg at 164 Bedford Ave. and on the Lower East Side at 178 Ludlow St. — usually has just one unusual fried chicken and waffle special, according to a restaurant spokesman.

But on July 6 only, both locations will serve all of their specials in celebration of the holiday, with each dish priced at $17.

Options beyond the classic will include:

Buffalo fried chicken and waffles

General Tso’s chicken and waffles

Fried chicken Parmesan and waffles

Mole fried chicken with jalapeño-cheddar waffles

Korean fried chicken with milk jam waffles

Tamarind-glazed fried chicken with pickled bean sprout waffles

Caribbean jerk fried chick with pineapple waffles

Blackened chicken with grits waffles

Korean BBQ chicken with kimchi waffles

Hawaiian-glazed chicken and pineapple waffles

Tinga fried chicken and poblano waffles

True fried chicken lovers might want to show up early, as the restaurant will also be giving out a limited supply of T-shirts Monday saying, "I love fried chicken, that's my cluckin problem."
