BROOKLYN — A fetus was found in the stairwell of a Bed-Stuy housing project on Tuesday, New York City Housing Authority and police officials said.
The remains were found at the Saratoga Village Houses around 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning, police said.
NYCHA deferred all further comment to the NYPD are handling the investigation. The medical examiner will determine whether or not the fetus is human, police said.
