GREENWICH VILLAGE — An employee at the 2 Bros Pizza joint a few doors down from the IFC Center was assaulted by a patron, police said.
The 30-year-old male customer punched a 30-year-old male employee at the pizza chain's Greenwich Village location at 319 Sixth Ave. about 12:25 a.m. on June 21, police said.
The employee was left with a black eye and received medical attention at the scene, police said.
The alleged assailant, who was 6 feet tall and weighed 220 pounds, received a desk appearance ticket, according to records.
