MOTT HAVEN — A trio of well-dressed thieves got dinner and a makeover with credit cards swiped from a teacher's wallet inside a South Bronx elementary school, police said.

The two credit cards and two debit cards, taken at about 6 p.m. from P.S. 18 at 502 Morris Ave. on April 15, were used at McDonald's, Walgreens and OV Nails later that day, where the suspects spent $15, $66 and $105, respectively, according to the NYPD.

Police described one suspect as a man last seen wearing black pants, glasses, a black button down shirt and a beige blazer. Another suspect was described as a woman wearing a multicolored blouse, light colored skirt and multicolored hat, and a third as a woman in tights and a green blouse.

A surveillance video captured one female suspect preparing to get a pedicure at OV Nails, the man sipping a drink from McDonald's and the other woman walking through the nail salon.

Detectives just received the recording from the salon, police said.

Anyone with information about this grand larceny is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES), then entering TIP577.
