NEW YORK CITY — You won't have to worry about your phone battery dying while you're relaxing on the beach this summer.

Four city beaches now have solar-powered charging stations, provided by AT&T and installed over the weekend, a spokeswoman for the phone company said.

Coney Island in Brooklyn, South and Midland Beach in Staten Island, Orchard Beach in the Bronx and Rockaway Beach in Queens are now equipped with a total of nine charging stations, according to the Parks Department.

AT&T now has a total of 29 free charging stations across the city, the company said.

Here's a map of all their locations.
