LOWER EAST SIDE — A man was slashed after an argument inside a Delancey Street nightclub last week, police said.

The victim, a 28-year-old man, told police he and another man had gotten into an argument at The Delancey on June 12, according to the NYPD and a spokesman for the nightclub.

"There was a non violent argument inside the venue with the victim, however our security and staff handled it in accordance with our policies and the recommendations by NYPD," the spokesman said.

The man and three other individuals later assaulted the victim after he left the club, located on Delancey Street near Clinton Street, just before 4 a.m., police said. The club spokesman said the attack occurred on Rivington Street.

The victim was not sure which person in the group assaulted him or what was used to slash him, according to the NYPD.

Police described the man who was arguing with the victim as 5-foot-9 with brown eyes and short black hair. The three accomplices were about 25 years old and between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-11.

Other recent crimes in the 7th Precinct include:

► A woman was arrested after police spotted her posting stickers on a wall of the Essex Street Market, police said.

The 42-year-old woman was seen posting the stickers, marked with the tags "SEE SEVENTYTWO" and "JAKEE," on a wall outside of the market at about 4:15 a.m. on March 13, according to NYPD.

After searching her, police found her carrying three aerosol spray cans, a silver cans, a silver shoe polish bottle and two Xanax pills, officials said.

She was charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti and criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.

She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a violation, and was sentenced to a conditional discharge with one day of community service, a spokeswoman said.

Her attorney declined to comment.

► A man jumped over the counter of a McDonald’s on Delancey Street, entered an "Employees Only" area and refused to leave, police said.

The 32-year-old man jumped the counter at roughly 1:30 a.m. on June 17, and when a manager asked him to leave multiple times, he refused, according to a criminal complaint from the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

Bowman was charged with trespassing and criminal trespassing, according to the complaint. At his arraignment, he took an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal, which would allow his case to be dismissed and sealed if he had no new arrests for six months, the District Attorney’s office said.

Bowman’s attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment. McDonald's did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Correction: An earlier version misstated the timing of the June 12 attack. The attack took place after he had left the club.
