Teen Accidentally Shot 16-Year-Old Girl in the Leg, Police Say

CLIFTON — A 16-year-old girl who was shot in the leg inside a Staten Island apartment on June 2 was hit with the bullet after her friend accidentally fired the gun, police have learned.

Isaac Kingue-Noah, 17, was playing with the gun inside of the victim's apartment at 225 Park Hill Ave., when it accidentally fired and struck the girl in the leg at about 12:34 p.m., police said

Kingue-Noah fled the building afterward, officials said.

The girl was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in stable condition.

Police are searching for Kingue-Noah, who was described as 6-feet-tall and weighing 170 pounds.
