BROOKLYN — Police have named a suspect in last Tuesday's fatal shooting of a Ditmas Park man.

Police believe Patrick Zephir, 34, shot and killed Raphael Kurton, 27.

Kurton was fighting with another man outside 1624 Newkirk Ave. about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday when Zephir pulled a gun and shot him in the torso, according to the NYPD.

Kurton, who lived on Ocean Avenue, staggered east toward his home but only managed to make it about 200 feet before he collapsed outside 1710 Newkirk Ave., near East 17th Street, police said.

Kurton was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital, police said.
