BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A 24-year-old woman and a deli clerk were shot during an armed robbery at a Bedford-Stuyvesant bodega on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

The two suspects entered the store at 433 Throop Ave. around 2:30 p.m. One took money from the cash register while the other fought with a clerk behind the counter, police said.

A 19-year-old store worker was shot in the chest and armpit during the struggle.

As the robbers were fleeing the scene, a 24-year-old woman was caught in the crossfire of additional shots fired on the corner of Throop Avenue and Quincy Street. The victim was shot in the leg, according to an NYPD spokeswoman.

The woman was picking up her child at a nearby day care center when she was hit by gunfire, the Daily News reported.

Both victims were taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have been made as of Thursday morning.
