BROOKLYN — After the Empire State and the Chrysler buildings, some of the most iconic New York City symbols are the bridges that span the East River, particularly those named after the boroughs they connect.

Here are three properties with such views, all holding open houses this weekend.

26 Broadway, Apt. 504, Williamsburg
1 Bedroom/1 Bath
Condo
Approximately 719 square feet
$849,000
Common Charges: $415 per month
Real Estate Taxes: $15 per month (abated until 2032)
Open Houses: Saturday, May 9, noon to 1:30 p.m.; Sunday, May 10, 1-3 p.m.

Lowdown: The nearly 60-square-foot balcony of this “light and bright” Williamsburg one-bedroom faces downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan, with views of the Manhattan Bridge, South Street Seaport, the Financial District, the Woolworth Building and the new One World Trade Center, said Schjanna Rydenour of Ideal Properties Group.

“The [sellers] love it and call it their ‘summer room,’” Rydenour said. “You can see the fireworks displays and fabulous sunsets. It’s really incredible.”

In addition, the building — aptly named Bridgeview Towers — has a year-round common roof deck with a panoramic view that includes the Williamsburg Bridge. It also has a gas grill and running water, and can be reserved for private functions.

The current owners purchased the unit from the sponsor in 2008. It has “nice finishes” and high-end appliances throughout, such as a Viking range and Bosch washer/dryer. The building provides maintenance for the bamboo floors, which “need special care.”

A gym, storage and a climate-controlled wine cellar are some of the additional common amenities. Interested buyers can also purchase a deeded parking spot for $60,000.

Location: After somewhat lagging behind the northern end of the neighborhood, Williamsburg’s south side is now rapidly developing, with new luxury housing, the Domino Sugar Factory project, and ever-more restaurants and bars. The popular Urban Market gourmet grocery is across the street.

It’s about a 10-minute walk along Broadway to the J/M/Z trains at Marcy and just less than a mile to the Bedford Avenue L station. The East River Ferry stop is two blocks south off Kent Avenue.

Why put it on your open house calendar? “It’s a beautiful apartment in a fabulous location that is just exploding,” Rydenour said. “And with the low maintenance and tax abatement, it’s cheaper to buy it than to rent it.”

75 Henry St., Apt. 17E, Brooklyn Heights
2 Bedrooms/2 Baths
Co-op
Approximately 1,200 square feet
$1.475 million
Maintenance: $1,056 per month
Open Houses: Saturday, May 9, 1:15-2:45 p.m.; Sunday, May 10, 1:30-3 p.m.

Lowdown: The “stunning” north and east views from this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment include the East River, Empire State Building, and Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, said Corcoran’s Leora Blumberg, who lives in the building.

The seller updated the unit, including the kitchen and bath, when she moved in about a decade ago.

The high-floor apartment is spacious, with a good-sized dining room that “other owners in the building have converted into a third bedroom or office space,” Blumberg said.

“There is a ton of closet space, including a true walk-in that you go through to get to the en suite bathroom [in the master bedroom], and every apartment also has a separate space in common storage rooms, located on each floor,” she noted.

Additional amenities include a doorman, on-site management, parking for $125 per month (albeit with a wait list), laundry and a playground.

There hasn’t been a maintenance increase in “at least four years,” Blumberg said, adding that the hallways were redone about 18 months ago, and the elevators and lobby are being refurbished this summer.

Location: The building — one of the last built in Brooklyn Heights before it became a historic district, said Blumberg — is part of a complex just west of Cadman Plaza that includes townhouses and commercial units such as a grocery store, nail salon and diner, which pay rent to the co-op and help keep maintenance fees down. Within steps are the Henry Street Ale House, Brooklyn Heights Wine Bar, Bevacco and Noodle Pudding restaurants. Hillary Clinton’s campaign leased office space down the street.

It’s also situated between the High Street A/C station and the Clark Street 2/3 stop, both of which take “less than a minute to get to.” Nearby are the F at York Street and the N/R at Court Street.

Why put it on your open house calendar? Aside from the views, you’re getting a good amount of space and “a well-run building,” Blumberg said. "For those three items, this should be people’s first choice."

85 Adams St., Apt. 15D, Dumbo
2 Bedrooms/2 Baths
Condo
Approximately 1,165 square feet
$1.485 million
Common Charges: $987 per month
Real Estate Taxes: $32 per month (abated until 2021)
Open House: Sunday, May 10, noon to 2 p.m.

Lowdown: When potential buyers walk into this three-exposure loft space, they gasp, said Leslie Diamond of Compass.

“The master bedroom is so impressive, and what tops it off is this killer, postcard-shot view of the Manhattan Bridge,” she said.

Visitors are also wowed by the “beautifully done” double- and triple-door California closets in the room, she added.

The owner, who has been renting out the space for the past couple years, also added track lighting in the living room and a glass door to the master bathroom.

The space is “great for entertaining.” Ceiling heights range from 10 to 12 feet, and both bathrooms have deep soaking tubs.

Common amenities include a doorman, roof deck, fitness center and “zen garden.” There’s separate parking in the garage beneath the building.

Location: At the corner of Adams and York streets, Beacon Tower is near to all that Dumbo offers while being steps from Brooklyn Heights and Vinegar Hill. The former Galapagos art space is now home to a group of 10 art galleries. The area has become increasingly family friendly, with businesses adding services for kids and parents, and the opening of the Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Why put put it on your open house calendar? Inventory in the neighborhood “has been flying off the market,” Diamond said. “This is in mint condition, the neighborhood is only getting better, and few places have this kind of view.”
