LOWER EAST SIDE — If you’ve ever wanted to have tea with author Neil Gaiman, sip cocktails with actress Molly Ringwald or talk comics with Marvel executives, here’s your chance.

The Moth, the storytelling organization behind the Moth Radio Hour, is auctioning off dozens of items and experiences online as part of its 11th annual Moth Ball, a fundraising gala that will honor comedian and actor Louis C.K. at the Capitale next Tuesday.

Auction items include lunch with Marvel publisher Dan Buckley and chief creative officer Joe Quesada, VIP tickets to "The Daily Show" and a meeting with Hollywood producer and writer Ari Handel, who worked on Darren Aronofsky’s “Noah” last year.

Moth fans can also bid on event tickets and opportunities to meet some of the show’s most memorable storytellers.

Tickets for the superhero-themed gala have sold out, an event spokeswoman said, but the auction will remain open until 11 p.m. on May 12.

“We’re incredibly excited about this year’s auction items — they are all uniquely ‘Moth-ish’ experiences,” said Sarah Haberman, executive director of The Moth, in a statement.

“There are some best hits from past years, as well as incredible new experiences — and many with the superhero bent, in keeping with the theme to this year’s The Moth Ball.”

Proceeds from the event will support The Moth, a non-profit organization that organizes storytelling events, competitions and educational programs. It also produces the Moth Radio Hour, which is broadcasted on 390 public radio stations across the country, according to a press release.
