MIDTOWN — Cat, meet cat burglar.
A cat watched as a man climbed through the window of its owner's Midtown apartment Monday to steal an iPad, MacBook Pro, jewelry and digital camera, police said.
Surveillance footage shows the thief, wearing a denim jacket with a backwards black cap and brown pants, climb through a window and snatch the laptop lying on a table about 2:20 p.m. Monday, according to police.
Police did not provide an approximate location for the burglary.
