THE BRONX — A man was beaten in the hallway of a Hunts Point apartment building by four people who punched and kicked him then sliced his face with a razor blade, police said.

Three of his attackers were arrested at the scene, but the fourth, who can be seen in surveillance cutting the face of the 21-year-old victim, remained at large about 10 days after the April 6 incident, NYPD officials said.

The suspects — three men and a woman — and the victim were in an apartment at 625 Manida St., near Randall Street, about 6:05 p.m. on April 6 when a fight erupted between them, police said.

The fight spilled into the hallway where they knocked him to the ground and punched and kicked him, officials said.

They removed his shoes and then one of the attackers sliced his face with a razor blade, police said.

The victim, whose name was not immediately released, was treated and released from Lincoln hospital, police said.

It wasn't immediately clear what sparked the fight, an NYPD spokeswoman said.

Two of the suspects, Lyn-Bria Adams, 22, and Mustapha Matthews, 27, were arrested on charges of robbery, gang assault and assault, police said.

Matthews was being held on $10,000 and is due back in court on May 11, jail records show. It was not immediately clear what Adams' bail was or when she was due back in court.

A third suspect, Louis Wheeling, 22, was arrested on the same charges and tampering with evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance because he tried to hide drugs in the NYPD squad car when he was taken into custody, police said.

Wheeling was being held on $27,003 and is due back in court on Tuesday, records show.
