THE BRONX — Three muggers placed two orders for Chinese food in March and beat one of the deliverymen before robbing the other one at gunpoint five hours later, police said.

The trio, who are in their 20s, was caught on video walking into 1211 Southern Blvd., near Home Street, on March 18 and lying in wait until the deliveryman, 31, arrived about 4:30, NYPD officials said.

They found him on the third floor, dragged him into a stairwell, beat him and pulled out a handgun, police said. They took $350, his cellphone and the food he'd brought and fled north on Southern Boulevard, police said.

They ambushed another deliveryman, 27, about 9:20 p.m. inside 1182 West Farms Road, near Longfellow Avenue, police said. They shoved a gun in his face and stole $83 and his cellphone before fleeing south on West Farms Road, police said.

One of the muggers wore a light tan leather jacket with some kind of design on the back, a gray hoodie over a baseball cap, blue jeans and white sneakers, police said.

Another wore a dark blue jacket with a knitted cap which he used to mask his face, gray sweatpants and black boots, police said.

The third man, who acted as a lookout, wore a tan waist-length jacket with dark brown leather shoulder patches, a gray hoodie, blue jeans with a pair of red or brown boots, police said.
