FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A woman sliced her ex-boyfriend’s hand with scissors for checking out another woman on the subway — then slashed another man’s forearm at a Bronx Checkers restaurant two days later, police said.

Jasmine Manley, 24, “became irate” when her ex-boyfriend looked at another woman as the pair rode the 5 train together on April 3 at about 10:30 p.m, according to a police report.

Manley took out the scissors from her pocket and swung them at Marvin Montgomery, 35, cutting him on the right hand, police said. She also proceeded to kick him on the right leg, according to the NYPD. Police said Montgomery was treated by EMS at the scene, while Manley fled the Bowling Green station.

But two days later, the couple were back together — and were both caught attacking employees at a Bronx Checkers restaurant on 530 Willis Ave., police said.

Manley stabbed one victim with scissors, slicing his right forearm, and helped Montgomery pummel another man’s face and head at the fast-food spot on April 5 at about 6:25 p.m., according to criminal complaints from the Bronx District Attorney’s office. It was unclear how the brawl began.

A manager from Checkers was not immediately available to comment.

Manley was charged with felony assault as well as misdemeanor weapons, menacing and harassment charges for the Bronx incident. She’s being held on $3,500 cash or $5,000 bail bond, according to court records.

She’s due back in court on April 10.  A call to her lawyer was not immediately returned.

Montgomery was charged with misdemeanor assault, menacing and harassment charges. He’s being held on $1,000 bail, according to court records.

Court records show the pair also has a recent history of violent behavior.

On Feb. 16, Manley was arrested for misdemeanor assault in Harlem after kicking a woman’s face and head as well as pulling her hair, records show. A restraining order was issued against Manley because of the attack, according to court officials.

Montgomery was also charged with misdemeanor assault in February. He allegedly shoved a man in the Bronx into a vending machine and against a wall, causing cuts and bruises to the victim’s legs, according to records.

► Designer boutique Herve Leger was hit by shoplifters twice in one week, police said. In the first incident, on March 28, a man swiped a $5,099 dress, hid the item, and walked out unnoticed at about noon, according to the NYPD.

A few days later, on March 31, there was a similar theft of a pricier dress. On March 31, a man grabbed $8,090 dress from the 409 West Broadway store by concealing the pricey garb and, once again, walking out unnoticed, at about 2 p.m., police said. It wasn't immediately clear if it was the same man. The boutique did not immediately return request for comment.

► A woman stole a pair of $1,095 white silk pants from the Ralph Lauren store at 109 Prince St., according to the NYPD. Police said she tried on a variety of clothes in the shop, but managed to sneak the pants out of the dressing room on April 3 and leave the store at about 5 p.m. The store did not immediately return request for comment.
