MANHATTAN — A fire damaged a Washington Heights church Monday morning, the FDNY said.

Flames broke out on the first floor of 2089 Amsterdam Ave., near West 163rd Street, about 4:22 a.m., a FDNY spokeswoman said.

That's the address of La Iglesia de Dios de la Profecía, though officials didn't confirm the name.

The fire spread to the second floor before firefighters brought it under control about 5:10 a.m., officials said.

Fire marshals were still investigating what sparked the morning blaze, officials said.

No injuries were reported, an FDNY spokeswoman said.
