FORT GREENE — You can get a rooftop terrace, playground, courtyard and fitness center for as low as $230,000 in Fort Greene.

Dunn Development launched sales for 74 "income-restricted" condos in their Navy Green development located on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill at 8 Vanderbilt Ave.

The 12-story, 99-unit building is currently under construction but interested buyers must fill out an application by May 26 to be eligible for the afforadable units. The units range in price from $230,000 for a one-bedroom, $330,000 for a two-bedroom and $410,000 for a three-bedroom.

Move-in dates are scheduled for March 2016.

Income levels start at $54,000 for a single person and end at $175,350 for a family of six, according to Brownstoner.

The building also boasts bike parking, a laundry room, storage units and video intercoms.

8 Vanderbilt Ave. is part of a $123 million, four-phase plan consisting of approximately 458 market-rate and affordable residential units along with more than 8,000-square-feet of commercial and community facility space that was first announced by Mayor Bloomberg’s office in 2004.

The developments will be located on the 103,000-square-foot site, bordered by Park, Clermont, Vanderbilt and Flushing avenues, formerly known as the "Brig" — a naval prison built in the 1940s.

Those interested can attend information sessions at St. Francis College, located att 180 Remsen St., on April 2 and 15 from 6 to 8 p.m.
