Luis Jessup, who can be seen in video released by police, arrived about 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 for his scheduled appointment at the Northern Boulevard spa near Marathon Parkway but then drew a gun, forced the 42-year-old worker into a back room and raped her, according to the NYPD.

The woman was treated at an area hospital and released, police said.

He not yet been arraigned as of Thursday morning, officials said.
