SOUTH STREET SEAPORT — This winter’s most slurpable trend is getting its own food festival.

Six New York eateries, including Katz’s Delicatessen and TriBeCa’s new Belle Reve, will serve their version of bone broth — a traditional soup made from boiling animal bones that’s recently gained steam as a hip health food — for the city’s first “Broth Fest.”

The daylong $33 sipping fest, touted as a “battle of the bones,” will be held inside the inflatable "Sugarcube" tent along Fulton Street on March 14.

Broth Fest organizer Greg Speilberg, who runs Imagination in Space, a company that organizes “playful pop-ups,” said he decided to pursue the fest to tap into the “delicious” bone-warming concoction that the “whole country is talking about.”

“Is it a magical elixir? The new Gatorade?” Speilberg wrote in an email. “Why not create a pop-up fest around broth so everyone can decide for themselves?”

Tickets to the Broth Fest, which can be purchased here, are $33, and get participants a healthy ladling of each restaurant’s slow-simmered soup. The fest runs from noon to 9 p.m., but tickets allow for a 90-minute broth-tasting session.

Other restaurants participating in the soupy day include the East Village’s Caracas Arepa Bar, Nolita’s Baz Bagel, the Lower East Side’s Spur Tree and Harlem-based Bone Deep and Harmony — a bone broth delivery startup.

Each soup has bone-based broth, but a variety of ingredients will give each dish its own unique flavor, organizers said.

Along with broth, the fest will also include live DJs and even the wares of some local designers, "to get patrons ready for spring as they sip, shop and slurp," according to a released statement.
