HUNTERS POINT — Fans of smoked meats and kimchi, rejoice.

Southern Korean barbeque vendor Kimchi Smoke will be hosting a pop-up eatery at Rockaway Brewing Company in Long Island City for four days this month, offering treats like ramen fried chicken and "Chonuts."

Chef Rob Cho will serve up a rotating menu at the brewery March 5, 6, 12 and 13. His dishes will be paired with $5 pints of Rockaway Brewing Company's beers, of which there are currently 10 on tap.

Over the course of its four-day stint at the brewery, Kimchi Smoke will offer dishes like ramen fried chicken — hickory-smoked wings that are battered in soju, then coated with ramen and fried again, according to Cho.

Other items will include smoked kimchi and smoked pork shoulder served over ramen and topped with jalapenos and an egg, or fries loaded with kimchi, pulled pork, cheddar and "Fatboy" sauce — Kimchi Smoke's own bourbon chipotle barbeque sauce.

Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in the "Chonut" — smoked brisket, bacon and American cheese with Fatboy sauce and a runny egg on a fried brioche roll that's doused in powdered sugar.

Also to be expected in the rotation is the "Austin Cho" — Kimchi Smoke's most popular dish, according to its website — which is angus brisket that's smoked for 12 to 18 hours, served on a roll with kimchi and Fatboy sauce.
