QUEENS — A woman was raped in the Northern Boulevard spa where she worked by a gun-toting client Saturday, police said.
The 42-year-old woman was inside the spa, which sources said is near Marathon Parkway, about 7:30 a.m. when the 6-foot man came in for an appointment, according to the NYPD.
He pulled out a gun, forced the victim into a back room and raped her, police said.
She was treated at an area hospital and released, NYPD officials said.
The suspect fled the scene and remained at large Tuesday morning, police said.
The man, who can be seen in a surveillance video walking through the spa, is in his 20s and had a chin strap beard, according to the NYPD.
