JACKSON HEIGHTS — Two people were injured in a fire at an apartment building on 81st Street Thursday night, the FDNY said.
The fire on the top floor of 35-64 81st St. began at 11:30 p.m. and spread, the FDNY said.
It was under control by 12:39 a.m.
Two people were taken in serious condition to Elmhurst Hospital, according to the FDNY.
It's not clear what caused the fire.
