HUNTERS POINT — You might want to bring singles to pay this fine.

Fliers for a strip club that were left on cars in Long Island City were mistaken for a "rash" of parking tickets in the area, according to Queens Community Board 2.

The board said it recently fielded "a bunch" of calls from residents who spotted the ads — orange postcards that closely resemble the familiar parking ticket envelopes — that were left on the windshields of cars along 5th Street between 49th and 50th avenues.

"People didn't know what it was and they were all upset," chairman Pat O'Brien said at the board's monthly meeting on Thursday. "People thought the NYPD went on a rampage."

When the board said it notified the NYPD to ask about the flurry of traffic tickets, they discovered that the handbills were actually fliers advertising a nearby strip club, Sugardaddy's on 27th Street near Borden Avenue.

On a recent weekday, two cars parked on 5th Street were spotted with the club's fliers, frozen to their windshield and side window. The visible side of the ad was orange, with the club's address printed in the center.

The other side advertised an "all new & extended" happy hour at Sugardaddy's, which comes with free lunch and $5 drinks, according to the flier. An image of a woman in a sexy police officer's ensemble accompanied the text.

Sugardaddy's staff did not immediately comment.
