BROOKLYN — Police are looking for an ex-con who was previously arrested, then later released, just three days after he dropped his pants and exposed himself to a young woman in Bushwick in early January.

Anton Liverpool, a 37-year-old who has been arrested 41 times, approached a 21-year-old woman walking near Irving and Eldert avenues about 8 a.m. Jan. 5 and then pulled down his pants, according to the NYPD.

The woman fled the scene, police said.

Liverpool, who is from Guyana, was arrested just three days later for picking the lock of a vacant building and breaking in with a boxcutter and pliers, prosecutors said.

He was convicted on Jan. 13 but then released two weeks later, records show. He has not been arrested in connection to the exposure incident, police said.

Twelve of Liverpool's 41 arrests are sealed, but records show that he has spent nearly two decades in and out of prison.

Liverpool, who is about 5 feet 11 inches and approximately 180 pounds, was convicted in August 1997 for criminal sale of a controlled substance and served five years behind bars, prison records show.

He was convicted again in April 2003 on a robbery charge and was released in July 2007, records show.

He spent about seven months behind bars in 2010 and four in 2012, both for parole violations, records show.
