Woman Uses Victim's ID to Cash $1,300 in Checks, Police Say

PORT RICHMOND — A woman used another woman's identification to cash $1,300 in checks in Staten Island on Dec. 26, police said.

The suspect walked into the PLS Check Cashing, at 770 Port Richmond Ave., and cashed two checks using the victim's ID, police said.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, white scarf and white hat, police said.
