ARROCHAR — A Queens man was shot to death on a Staten Island street Monday night, police said.

Marcos Huallpa, 46, from Long Island City, was shot in his torso while inside his car parked outside of 188 Sand Lane around 10:15 p.m., police said.

Huallpa, who police said lived on Northern Blvd., was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North where he was pronounced dead.

Bob Boyce, NYPD Chief of Detectives, said Huallpa set up a meeting with a woman — who may be a prostitute — over the phone when he got into a dispute with the shooter.

The shooter left in a white Honda CRV and the female is helping police with the investigation, Boyce said.

Police are investigating the shooting and no arrests have been made.
