THE BRONX — A man was fatally stabbed in the neck inside an Allerton apartment building in what sources believe may be a domestic dispute.

A 34-year-old man fought with a 22-year-old man in the lobby of 2819 Barker Ave., near Pelham Parkway North, just before 5 p.m. Thursday, NYPD officials said.

The two lived together but it was not clear what their relationship was, sources said. Neither of their names were immediately released.

The older of the two was pronounced dead at Jacobi hospital, police said.

The younger man was slashed in the head during the fight and treated at Montefiore hospital, police said.

He was in police custody and awaiting formal charges, an NYPD spokesman said.
