FLATIRON — Brooklyn Roasting Company, a coffee store selling Fair Trade organic beans, will open its first Manhattan outpost on West 23rd Street, according to the building’s owners.

The company has two cafes in Brooklyn, one at its headquarters in DUMBO, where it roasts its beans, and one in the Navy Yard. The new spot is set to open at 50 W. 23rd St. in the spring.

The developers who own the building, Two Trees, said they hoped to attract tech companies with the hipster brew and a rooftop garden.

“We’re bringing the best of Brooklyn to the Flatiron,” said Two Trees director of leasing Dan Conlon.
