CARROLL GARDENS — Caviar, a “premium delivery” service for popular restaurants, is launching at more than 20 Brooklyn eateries on Thursday, the company announced.

Caviar is kicking off its latest partnerships with a series of $1 promotional offers that will change every day from Thursday to Monday, a company rep said.

The first deal comes from Frankies Spuntino, a Carroll Gardens Italian restaurant at 457 Court St., which will be offering either its cannellini bean and escarole soup or its house-made cavatelli with Faicco’s hot sausage and browned sage butter for just $1, while supplies last.

“Caviar uniquely partners directly with restaurants to offer quick and reliable delivery from tough-to-get-into restaurants,” according to a press release.

Other Brooklyn restaurants partnering with Caviar including Prime Meats, Blue Ribbon Brasserie, Saltie, Mile End Deli, Bark Hot Dogs and Habana To Go. Deliveries will be available to customers within the borough.

The company is also launching its first mobile app, which will be available to download for free. Customers can browse the app for $1 daily Brooklyn specials until Monday.

Caviar, which was founded in 2012, currently offers its services in Manhattan, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and San Francisco.

Caroline Fidanza, the owner of Saltie, said Caviar is the first online delivery service with which she has partnered.

The Williamsburg restaurant decided to work with Caviar because of their shared “values” and willingness to deliver their products throughout the borough.

Through Caviar, Saltie will offer its sandwich menu, a selection of baked goods and drinks, Fidanza said.

“It’s nice to have a company that’s willing to amplify your brand,” she said.
