THE BRONX — Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of two men inside a Concourse Village apartment building Monday morning, police said.

The victims, men 26 and 23, were found — both shot in the head — within the Morrisania Air Rights housing developments at 3125 Park Ave., near East 161st Street, about 10:50 a.m., an NYPD spokeswoman said.

They were both pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital, police said.

An NYPD spokeswoman did not know the second victim's age. Neither of their names were immediately released.

The unidentified man was arrested and a weapon believed to have been used in the shooting was recovered, NYPD Chief of Detective Bob Boyce said.

Residents were stunned by the news of the shooting.

"This is upsetting because two lives were lost," 44th Precinct Community Council chair Betty Crawford said. "It could've been my son, my daughter."
