RED HOOK — Two cab drivers waiting on customers were robbed at gunpoint in two separate incidents this month in Red Hook, police said.

During the first incident, a 54-year-old man was waiting in a Lincoln Town Car at the corner of Henry and Lorraine streets on Oct. 1 about 6:30 a.m. when he was approached by two men, police said.

The suspects, ages 25 and 35, pressed a silver revolver into the victim's stomach before one of them yelled,  "Give me all your f----ng money," the police report said.

The two suspects then fled on foot with $85 in cash and a Boost Mobile phone worth $160, police said.

The most recent incident took place on Oct. 8 on the 700 block of Henry Street, about five blocks from the previous robbery, police said.

Another driver was waiting in a livery cab for a customer when a man about 20 years old held up a black gun and said, "Give me all your stuff" about 4:45 a.m., the police report said.

The victim, a 60-year-old man, handed over a $400 Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and $5 in cash before the robber fled onto Bush Street, police said.

It is not immediately clear if the two incidents are related. No arrests have been made as yet, police said.
