QUEENS — Police are looking for a man suspected of sexually assaulting a 30-year-old woman in an elevator in the middle of the day.

The suspect followed the victim into an elevator on Thursday at 1:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

He approached her from behind and pressed himself into her, police said.

Officials didn't give the neighborhood or address of the attack, but it happened within the 110th Precinct, which includes Elmhurst and Corona, according to police.

The suspect was seen on video wearing white pants, a light-colored shirt and a green hat.
