NEW DORP — A trio of men were caught on surveillance video stealing dozens of iPads and cellphones from a Staten Island T-Mobile store, police said.

The men broke into the closed T-Mobile store at 2556 Hylan Blvd. around 9 p.m. on Aug. 30, and made out with nearly 85 iPads and cellphones, police said.

A nearly two-minute video shows the men, two of whom were wearing with masks on their faces, almost entirely clear out shelves of iPads and cellphones from the store and stuff them in laundry bags. They then are seen running out through the door they entered.

A worker for the store said he could not comment.

Police described the two men in masks as 18 to 28 years old.

The other suspect was described as 20 to 30 years old with tattoos on his right and left forearms, as well as words tattooed on the left side of his neck, police said.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
