Woman Sexually Assaulted in Cobble Hill, Police Say

COBBLE HILL — A 20-year-old woman was robbed and sexually assaulted in Cobble Hill earlier this month, police said.

The victim was walking near Warren and Clinton Streets and was about to enter a location when a man approached her from behind on Aug. 8 about 2:45 a.m., police said.

The man pushed her into the location and threatened her with a knife. He then took her wallet and sexually assaulted her, police said.  

Police are offering a $2,000 reward for information. The reward is payable upon arrest and indictment of the person resposbile for the crime, according to a flier.
