Woman Sexually Assaulted and Threatened With Scissors, Police Say

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A man sexually assaulted a woman while threatening her with scissors in Bed-Stuy early Saturday morning, police said.

The 23-year-old woman was entering the Ralph Avenue C subway station at Fulton Street about 4:40 a.m. when the man grabbed her, police said.

The woman struggled and screamed for help and the man fled, according to the NYPD. She was uninjured, police said.

On Wednesday, police released photos of a suspect. He's described as about 25 years old, 5 feet 7 and 130 pounds. He is shown wearing a pink button-down shirt, gray slacks and black shoes.
