DUMBO — Shake Shack's DUMBO location is set to open with a concrete named after nearby Jane's Carousel.

The burger joint's "Caramel Carousel" concrete, is a thick vanilla frozen custard ice cream mixed with shattered sugar cone, sea salt caramel sauce, and banana and named for the glass-enclosed merry-go-round in Brooklyn Bridge Park, a spokesman for Shake Shack said.

The eatery, located at One Old Fulton St. on the corner of Water Street, will also have beer and wine, two baby changing stations and free wifi.

Shake Shack recently proposed a sidewalk cafe to Community Board 2 with four tables and eight seats that will sport sweeping views on the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and the Manhattan skyline.

The board will vote on the sidewalk cafe on June 23 before it goes to the Department of Consumer Affairs for final approval.

It is unclear when Shake Shack will open but signs on the door say "staff is in training" and the promise the location will "open its doors soon."
