UPPER WEST SIDE — A free festival running along Broadway this Sunday will feature more than 1,000 orchids for sale together with crafts and live music, organizers said.

The 37th Annual Orchid and Music Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 8, between West 73rd to 86th streets. The festival is co-hosted by the Broadway Mall Association and the West Side Federation of Neighborhood and Block Associations.

Three vendors will sell the orchids, which will range in price but go for less than at a brick-and-mortar florist, said organizer Mort Berkowitz.

There will be plenty of impulse buys because "they’re so pretty," he said.

If orchids aren't for you, vendors will also have cactus and other plants for sale.

Additionally, 50 food and 100 craft vendors will have booths at the event. Live bands and a bagpiper will play throughout the afternoon.
