CARROLL GARDENS — The Ramen Burger has found a new home on Smith Street.

Dassara Ramen, at 271 Smith St., announced that the popular Smorgasburg hybrid snack would be served indefinitely at their Carroll Garden’s eatery, Time Out reported.

Keizo Shimamoto, the burger’s creator, and Dassara had partnered for a month-long venture in the fall, where Shimamoto would debut a new recipe that would run in limited quantities at the ramen joint.

Dassara will receive about 100 buns each week beginning Mondays, which they expect will sell out quickly, according to restaurant management.

For now, the ramen burger will be served with scallions, arugula and Shimamoto’s classic “Shoyu” sauce over braised pork belly but the restaurant may occasionally change the toppings, a manager said.

Dassara will post regular Facebook updates on the $11 burger’s weekly availability, according to Time Out.
