BROOKLYN — A man was shot and killed outside a Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment building after a dispute with two other men early Friday morning, NYPD commissioner Raymond Kelly said.

Daquan Wilson, 27, was shot in the chest outside 594 Quincy St., approximately two blocks from his Gates Avenue home, shortly after midnight, the NYPD said.

He was rushed to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Wilson encountered the two other men on the street and the group began arguing, Kelly said during a Friday morning press conference.

"A witness hears, 'Let it go, let it go.' So the victim walks in one direction, the two people he was arguing with walk in another direction," Kelly said.

But the three ended up circling back on each other on the next block over where one shot was fired, Kelly said.

Wilson's killer had not been arrested as of Friday afternoon, the NYPD said.
