MANHATTAN — A man was shot in the neck and killed outside of an East Harlem apartment building Monday afternoon, police said.

Joseph Osbourne, 29, was standing outside the Taft Houses, at 1734 Madison Ave., when he was shot about 3:40 p.m., the NYPD said.

Osbourne, who lived near Columbus Avenue and West 104th Street, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No one had been arrested as of Tuesday morning, the NYPD said.
