MIDTOWN — High-rolling pigskin fans will soon have a new sports mecca for the Super Bowl — and they won't have to cross the Hudson River to get there.

The "50-Yard Lounge" — a sprawling, 15,000-square-foot entertainment area with bars, restaurants and a roof deck — will open for five days this winter next to Madison Square Garden for the big game.

The space is scheduled to open at 1 Penn Plaza on Seventh Avenue from Jan. 29 to Feb. 2, and will feature events for both foodies and football nuts alike — with tickets starting at $400 a pop.

The programming includes appearances by "Iron Chef" Marc Forginoe, Michelin-starred chef Michael White, James Beard Award winner and "Top Chef" desserts judge John Iuzzini, retired football stars Joe Theisman, Doug Flutie and Cris Carter, and ESPN hosts Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg.

"The week leading up to the big game will be historic for New Yorkers, as we show why this city is the center of the food, sports and entertainment worlds,” 50-Yard Lounge founder Lonny Sweet said in a statement. “We’re going to provide a memorable experience that showcases some of the best chefs, athletes, and musical talent in the country during a week when all eyes are on New York.”

The musical acts will be announced as the event approaches.

Tickets range from $400 on opening day to $650 on game day. Jets season-ticket holders will also be able to buy tickets to a special "Jets House" at the lounge, regardless whether their team makes the playoffs. Those tickets go on sale Nov. 29.
